PESS works to represent, support, connect and empower Pakistan’s ex-servicemen community while preserving the honour of their service and sacrifice. Veterans Welfare: raises legitimate concerns relating to pensions, healthcare, employment, education, rehabilitation and social welfare. Shaheeds & Families: honours Shaheeds and stands with their widows, children and families. Ghazis & Disabled Veterans: promotes dignity, recognition and support for those who served and sacrificed. Unity & Representation: brings together veterans from the Army, Navy, Air Force and other defence institutions on a common platform. Narrative Building: promotes the positive national narrative of veterans, highlighting their service, sacrifices, achievements, experiences and continuing contribution to Pakistan. Preserving Legacy: documents and shares the stories, traditions, history and contributions of generations of servicemen. Youth & Society: encourages veterans to share their leadership, discipline, knowledge and experience with younger generations. Continued Service: strengthens the role of veterans as the Second Line of Defence, contributing to society and the nation beyond active service.
